About Valley Memorial Park
Valley Memorial Park is a cemetery in Hillsboro, Oregon, established in 1958 on the former Carothers family farmstead and co-located with Valley Memorial Funeral Home. In 2005, it became the first cemetery in Oregon certified by the Green Burial Council for eco-friendly interment. Services include burial, cremation, pre-need cemetery property, veterans services including military honors, and ash scattering assistance. The 40-acre property includes a mausoleum, cremation garden, and Catholic cemetery section. No on-site crematory is operated.
