About Sunnyside Cemetery
Sunnyside Cemetery is a cemetery in St. Petersburg, Florida, established in 1895 by Nathaniel Ellis as the Ellis Graveyard. Opened to the public in 1905 following purchase by John O'Berry, it is one of the three oldest cemeteries in St. Petersburg. Services include burial, funeral and memorial services, pre-need planning, and veterans services with military honors. Operated in association with Anderson McQueen Funeral Homes since 1984.
