About Mission Memorial Park
Mission Memorial Park is a cemetery in Seaside, California, originally opened in 1934 as Mission Memorial Cemetery and operated for several decades by the City of Monterey. Co-located with Mission Mortuary - Seaside, a funeral home on the same grounds, the park serves the Monterey Bay Area with burial services, pre-need cemetery property, and veterans services including military honors. The grounds include a mausoleum, cremation niches and gardens, and dedicated sections for veterans, Catholic, Jewish, and Muslim burials. No on-site crematory.
